Ugliest dog in the world Sam

Sam was the winner of the ugliest dog in the world contest in 2003, 2004 and 2005 and it's easy to see why. He passed away in 2005. Sam was the purebred Chinese Crested canine friend of Susie Lockheed. Sam had very little fur and a wrinkled and splotched skin, warts down his nose and white-colored eyes. Rest in peace, Sam.
