Cute little Rascal was voted the worlds ugliest dog back in 2002, and it's not difficult to see why. Rascal was a purebred Chinese Crested who at the time of his title no longer had any teeth. His owner Andrew playfully referred to Rascal as Hairless Potter and Space Alien at times.
