The Epi Apartments in Seattle are situated in the centre of Fremont, an area described by the Epi Apartments website as 'the creative heart and entertaining soul of Seattle'. The building houses 28 modern living spaces. The website goes so far as to describe the apartments as 'the center of the center of the universe'.
